App lists
To get the data on these pages was a bit of a grind. Unfortunately Apple have not made great progress in updating iTunes to reflect iPad type hardware. So you (or at least I) could not get the data out concisely as I wished
I selected Apps in iTunes and selected the list and pasted it into a text editor. The one I use is Fookes NoteTab Pro ¹. I then edited the file to separate the columns, which had become joined together, with a tab. I opened this file in Excel 2007 and hey presto I had my master file to work on.
Note: You need to separate with tab (or a comma if you prefer) so that when the file is opened by Excel it places the data in separate columns.
I discovered an excellent online utility Tableizer. Simply copy your spreadsheet cells and paste into this web page and hit Tableize it! button, copy generated HTML code and paste into yourvweb page

¹ This was written when I was still using Windows and NoteTab products are Windows only. However there are plenty of good Mac editors that do a similar job.
